Sunshine Online - a great reading site for juniors, books, letter and word activities. Parents can sign up for a free 14 day trial, we are working on full access for you all.

Access via Heihei to make sure you only get kid friendly content
Kiri & Lou - 5 minute videos with calming music and good discussion of values.
Goodnight Kiwi - NZ celebrities (and Jacinda Ardern!) reading NZ picture books.
Horrible Histories - funny but accurate historical stories
Junk Rescue - encourage creativity - let your kids loose with the recycling and see what they can make.
Kitchen Science - Scientist Dr Michelle Dickinson (Nanogirl) does cool experiments with household ingredients.
Speak Māori for Kids - your tamariki can practice their reo
YouTube (YouTube needs to be supervised - children can easily get on to inappropriate content, we recommend using YouTube kids if possible).
Cosmic Kids Yoga - yoga and mindfulness activities, great for a wet day
